This app is slow , takes a lot of time to reload and open( even with full speed internet) any page, plus there is NO BACK BUTTON, so most of the times its very confusing how to go back to previous page, very problematic for iphone users as there is no back button on the page , options in the lower row are very small to type especially when very close to high-end version of apple phones , please try to fix these bugs

Rating remarks :

MPIN is a frequent trouble. If already a mpin selected, it was not working next time. So , it compelled to go use netbanking instesd of using App. Funds transfer to another person not ensured , because after fund transfer it is not confirmed by pop up message that is confirming the fund transfer. It happens at times. But debited in account., later only debit message comes. . If the message of fund transfer comes immediately after such transfer it would be easy confirmation that money has been accounted to the receiver's account. . It must be rectified.

Online banking

The online banking app allowed me to do one transaction. After that it’s just giving me the error that transaction didn’t happen and not giving the reason whether I exceeded the transaction limit or any other reason. It helps if the reason is given.
Foe internet banking it’s asking for a pin. Have been trying to reach out to bank and customer care. Customer care number gets disconnected multiple times while talking. You need to improve on that.
IOB app also is very user unfriendly. Sometimes the inputs are not accepted. At times the page gets zoomed in and it doesn’t go back. Captcha even if entered correctly will show as incorrect.
You need to work on improving your online app and access to a great extent.
