The SAFHR Programs include emergency rental assistance, utility assistance and mortgage assistance available to renters and landlords. *SAFHR Rent and Utility assistance program closed January 31, 2023. *SAFHR Homeowners program closed May 31, 2024.
SAFHR-MAC provides funding to agencies providing homeowner mortgage counseling services.
SAFHR-HSED provides funding to agencies to assist and connect their communities with SAFHR program services.
The CRF provides funds to communities to assist with Covid-19 related housing expenses.
The ESG-CV Program funds qualified non-profits in Missouri to assist with emergency shelter, street outreach, homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing.
HOME ARP funds are designed to serve qualifying populations with affordable housing assistance.
